Sound installation
How do twitter, facebook and linked-in shape our desires of being alone and being with others? What forms of being surrounded by others do we wish secretly for? How do we keep our balance connected to the internet? What forms of being hidden or visible do we wish for?
In this work I investigates in desires people have connected to social media, by telling very short stories (duration of each: about 1 min). Each text displays one phantasm connected to todays desires of being with others without naming social media or the internet at all. All these stories feel a little like teenage stories, so maybe the whole topic is an adolescent one.
